A weeping fig, minus the shedding
Glossy leaves in light and dark green on slender, arching branches, grown as a small tree or a bushy multi-stem. It's bred to hold its leaves, which fixes the main complaint about weeping figs. It still wants a good window.
Light
Bright, indirect light, within a few feet of a window. A little morning sun is fine.
Water
Water when the top inch is dry, then let it drain completely. Never let it sit in a saucer of water.
Pot and soil
A well-draining potting mix with some bark or perlite. Repot in spring when roots circle the pot.
A real indoor tree that doesn't leave a pile of leaves on the floor every time the seasons change.
