The story
Mottled, marbled and green
Oval leaves mottled and marbled in every shade of green, with occasional pinkish red on new stems. An understory plant from South American forests, it likes bright light but not direct sun.

Bright, indirect light, never direct sun.
Water
Keep the soil lightly moist; water when the surface starts to dry.
Pot and soil
An airy mix of potting soil, bark and perlite. Raise humidity with grouping or a humidifier.
