Live arrival guarantee

Every plant arrives alive, or we replace it. If a plant arrives dead or damaged, email hello@thefineplant.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement of the same plant, or the closest match if it's sold out. Outdoor replacements ship in the next right planting week for your zone.

Returns and refunds

Live plants can't be returned, and we don't offer refunds. The live arrival guarantee is the only guarantee we offer. It covers the plant's condition on arrival, not its care or growth after delivery.
