The story

Gold, fast and forgiving.

A fast-growing oval shrub with bright golden-yellow leaves all summer. It takes shearing and tough urban sites, and makes a bright hedge or a foil for dark-leaved plants.

Light

Full sun for the brightest gold. In shade it fades to lime green.

Water

Water weekly the first summer. Established plants handle dry spells.

Planting

Plant in spring or fall, crown at soil level.

Reliable gold color and fast growth for a hedge or screen.
