The story
Butter yellow, then encore.
Large, buttery yellow flowers with a small green throat on tall, strong scapes. It's a rebloomer, so after the main midsummer show it keeps sending up flowers.
Light
Full sun for the most flowers. It takes light afternoon shade.
Water
Water weekly the first summer. Established plants handle dry spells, but rebloom is better with water.
Planting
Plant in spring or early fall with the crown no more than 1 in. deep.
