The story
Lavender built for humid summers.
Dense, silvery foliage and big, fragrant purple flower spikes on a plant bred to handle heat and humidity better than most. Bees cover it, and the cut stems dry beautifully.

Full sun, 8 hours if you can.

Water to establish, then only in long droughts. Overwatering kills it.
Planting
Plant in spring, slightly high, in gritty, sandy or rocky soil. Gravel mulch is ideal.
