Restocks and new drops, in the Shop app.
The story
Columnar evergreen, scaled down.
Soft, deep green sprays on a naturally narrow column that tops out around 8–10 ft. It holds its color through winter and shrugs off deer better than eastern arborvitae.
Light
Full sun for the densest growth; part sun is fine.
Water
Keep evenly moist the first two years; then water in long dry spells.
Planting
Plant in spring or fall, root ball top level with the soil. Mulch, but keep it off the trunk.
A screen or hedge for spaces too small for the giant arborvitae.
