The story
Ladders of leaves, edged white.
Leaflets set like the rungs of a ladder, green with crisp white edges and a pink blush in cool weather. Clusters of lightly fragrant sky-blue bells hover above them in spring.
Light
Part shade or dappled light. Hot afternoon sun burns the white edges.

Keep evenly moist; do not let it dry out in summer.
